We’re having chili again.  Actually, we had chili last night, and we’re having it again tonight.  Probably, we’re going to have it Saturday, too.

The last time we had chili, we dumped half of a jar of Raspberry Habanero Pepper Jelly in it, and the chili became something you’d taste at a professional chili makers contest.  It was fantastic.

Well, last night, we forgot to put the jelly in the pot, and as we sat at the table eating dinner, we looked at each other and thought, ” did I forget to add something to the chili?”

Then realized…

went to the refrigerator, took out the half-full jar of Raspberry Habanero Pepper Jelly, unscrewed the lid, and poured it all into the chili pot. We both refilled our bowls with the pepper jelly chili and set to.

We definitely won’t forget again!

Our pepper jelly makes a pot of chili into a masterpiece of cuisine.  It really does.
