The Best Hawaiian Pizza You'll Ever Bake at Home
Oh, this pizza is fantastic! It kicks ordinary Hawaiian pizza up more than one notch of deliciousness!!!
It is super easy to make and is a great recipe to use up some of your leftover ham from the holidays in.
Ingredients:
Pizza crust
5 oz of Pineapple Habanero Pepper Jelly
1 cup diced pineapple, fresh or canned (drain it thoroughly!!!!)
1 cup diced ham
1 cup mozzarella cheese (any kind of cheese works here, so use whatever your family likes best)
Dash of oregano or basil
What to do:
Spread the crust over a greased pizza pan. Spread the Pineapple Habanero Pepper Jelly over the crust, and cover with the diced pineapple and ham.
Bake in a 425° F oven, on the bottom rack, for about 15 minutes or until the crust is browned. Remove pizza from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over it.
Reduce the oven heat to 350° F. Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
Once it is melted the way you like it. Remove the delicious pizza from the oven, let it “sit” for about five minutes, then slice and serve.
You might want to make two of these, so the other one can bake while your family is diving into the first one. You’ll probably need it.
