As far as recipes go, it’s been too hot to cook today, so we’ve been snacking on cream cheese and Apricot Habanero Pepper Jelly pretty much all day. Over the course of an entire day, we’ve gone through two boxes of Ritz crackers, an entire stalk of celery, and all the carrots that were in the vegetable bin. And we’re all smiling.
