Experience BBQ With A Tropical Twist
You can pick up pineapple at any time from your local grocery store. Fresh, juiced, diced, sliced, dried, and even rings in a can. However, you can’t always get the fruit’s sweet tang as you can right now because it’s pineapple season! Traditionally, when the fruit is in-season, it is at its peak of freshness and taste. So, now is the time to add the taste of the tropics to your grill with pineapple!
Grab a pineapple the next time you’re at the store, slice it up, and grill it. The heat from the grill will cause the fruit’s gelatin to rise to the surface and make a beautiful and tasty treat. To top it off, you can always add our Pineapple Habanero Rib Candy as a glaze to give it a slight kick.
While the fruit may be in peak season for farmers, around the Texas Pepper Jelly warehouse, our pineapple products are in-season year-round so that you can catch a jar or bottle in our online BBQ store any time.
Our three current pineapple products (Pineapple Sweet Rib Candy, Pineapple Habanero Rib Candy, and Pineapple Habanero Jelly) are limitless in their uses. For example, slather it on a biscuit or toast as a plain jelly, marinate a chicken, glaze ribs, add it to cocktails, or ice cream as a topping.
Regardless of the use, the pineapple in our rib candy and jelly adds sweet and savory flavors to your dish.
