Spicy Summer Broccoli/Raisin/Apple Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 cups chopped broccoli
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup Apple Habanero Pepper Jelly
• 1 cup peeled, chopped apple (we use Granny Smith apples)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (we’ve used both)
• 1/4 cup sugar (or Splenda)
• 1 tablespoon vinegar

What to do:

Mix everything thoroughly in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Toss again, just before serving.
