It’s another cold day, so tonight we’re having BBQ chicken, baked beans, corn on the cob, and yeast rolls. I only use Craig’s BBQ Sauce, and I like making yeast breads. (Kneading bread is excellent physical and mental therapy) I don’t know how to cook for two, so there’s always a lot. Come on over. (I really do know how to cook for two, but there’s no fun in it.) (Cooking for a crowd is one of my favorite things.) (The house smells wonderful, already.)
On a related note, this is our first corn-on-the-cob of the season for us. As for the baked beans. . . I use Craig’s BBQ Sauce for those, too. And what’s a BBQ supper without baked beans?
