For the caterer, food truck operator, or a full-time cook, this one gallon BBQ sauce container is made for you.
It is filled with Craig’s BBQ Sauce, which is a sweet and smoky barbeque sauce that has a balanced blend of habanero heat in it.
How to use BBQ sauce?
There are many ways you can use BBQ sauce. We like ours straight out of the one gallon container, but we also like to blend it together with our other habanero sauces and sweet glazes. These two fabulous products are our original Rib Candy™ and Bird Bath™ glazes.
Our sauce is pre-cooked, so you don’t have to do anything to it when you use it. If you want to grill with it, we suggest adding it 10-15 minutes before the end of the cooking process so that the sauce has time to “set” on the meat.
Or, like we first wrote, use it straight up out of the bottle. It is delicious and is a great all-purpose sauce.

This is the best sauce that you can buy. Every time I smoke pork shoulders for a client they rave about the sauce and want to know what I use
I really think the sauce is what sells my product. Wouldn’t think of using anything else.

I have tried just about every bbq sauce at HEB and I have to say this one is the best one!! Its good on all bbq meats, and is a really good wing sauce.
