It is filled with Craig’s BBQ Sauce, which is a sweet and smoky barbeque sauce that has a balanced blend of habanero heat in it.

How to use BBQ sauce?

There are many ways you can use BBQ sauce. We like ours straight out of the one gallon container, but we also like to blend it together with our other habanero sauces and sweet glazes. These two fabulous products are our original Rib Candy™ and Bird Bath™ glazes.

Our sauce is pre-cooked, so you don’t have to do anything to it when you use it. If you want to grill with it, we suggest adding it 10-15 minutes before the end of the cooking process so that the sauce has time to “set” on the meat.

Or, like we first wrote, use it straight up out of the bottle. It is delicious and is a great all-purpose sauce.
