I just smoked a rack of baby backs and used this as a finishing glaze. The color and gloss it gave were excellent, not to mention the flavor. A little sweet mixed with a bit of heat. I highly recommend you try this product.

I add this sauce to my wrap for baby backs and use it to thin my favorite BBQ sauce when I sauce my ribs. This stuff is a perfect sweet heat for my ribs. 100% recommend.

I purchased several different flavors including this one, and was just a little disappointed with the heat on this. Being that it was 2X I was hoping it would be hotter. Actually the grape/black cherry/habanero was hotter to me. But I still love them all!
