I use this during my wrap period on my ribs. Mixed with butter and brown sugar, goodness gracious!!! So so good. I also really like this one on smoked cream cheese. This and pineapple habanero are my go to for that!

I pour a half bottle of this in as I wrap my pork butts (with a half bottle of another product.) I’ll admit, when a guy recommended it to me I was pretty skeptical. I don’t like sweet tasting meat and my family does not like spicy meat. This did not make it sweet or spicy! Great product and I liked it so much and knew I would use it, I bought a 6 pack of them. I’ve only been smoking meat for about a year but this is a product I am sure I will use FOREVER when I am making pulled pork.
