18 Oct Monday Munchies: Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
Black-eyed peas aren’t just for New Year dinner, you know!
one 16-oz can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 large onion, diced
1 cup Texas Pepper Jelly, flavor of your choice
What to do:
Mix everything together in a large bowl, and pour into a casserole dish. Bake in a 325 oven for an hour, or until the onions are tender.
Spicy Black-eyed Peas are extra-delicious when served with corn bread!
